REFUND POLICY
At B-Well, we are committed to offering thoughtful, high-quality journals, programs, and experiences designed to support personal growth and well-being. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Digital Products & Online Programs
All digital products, including downloadable journals, PDFs, recordings, online courses, virtual programs, and digital memberships, are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered. This includes programs with immediate access to content, recordings, or bonus materials.
Live Programs, Workshops & Trainings
For live programs, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings:

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your space and cover administrative and preparation costs.

If a cancellation request is made within the timeframe specified on the program sales page, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any non-refundable fees or materials already provided.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the stated deadline or once the program has begun.

Missed sessions, travel disruptions, or personal scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
Physical Products
All physical items (including printed journals, workbooks, or merchandise) are non-refundable once shipped. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in rare and exceptional circumstances. Approval is at the sole discretion of B-Well.
Program Changes or Cancellations by B-Well
In the unlikely event that B-Well cancels or reschedules a program, participants will be offered:
