BLISS is a soul-anchoring experience designed for those wanting to dive deeper into the practices of Yin Yoga, meditation, and mindful healing. Rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this journey explores how emotions, energy, and physical tension become stored within the body while using Yin Yoga, breath, and stillness to support release, regulation, and reconnection. With a strong focus on fascia health, nervous system restoration, and emotional awareness, BLISS invites you into a slower, more intentional relationship with yourself and your practice.
 

Created by Hali Love, this curated experience weaves together Yin Yoga, meditation, journaling, breath-work, and gentle mindset re-patterning to support grounded transformation anytime and anywhere. Through slow, intentional practices, you’ll deepen your understanding of the body-mind connection while advancing your meditation practice through guided hypnosis, stillness, reflection, and nervous system regulation techniques.
 

You’ll receive lifetime access to 30 guided practices, including ten 60-minute Yin Yoga classes, ten 15-minute guided meditation and hypnosis sessions, and ten 15-minute Bite-Sized Yoga practices designed to show you the magic and impact even short moments of movement can have on your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

 

Whether you need to calm your nervous system, restore your energy, strengthen your body, or reconnect to yourself in just a few minutes, these practices are designed to support you exactly where you are.

Your journey also includes the BLISS Printed Journal delivered directly to your door (or your printable journal; depending on your program selection), featuring 30 days of reflective prompts and practice tracking to help you deepen your awareness, honour your growth, and create meaningful rituals around your healing journey. 
 

To further support your transformation, BLISS can include personalized 1:1 sessions with Hali Love, tailored to your unique needs in physical practice refinement, emotional healing, mental wellness, or professional development.
